Tracy Morgan
University 4-H Extension Coordinator
Tracy Morgan has a passion for compassion in action. For over 20 years she has been involved in programs such as Friends of Compassion, Social Emotional Ethical Learning (emotional intelligence), Non-Violent Communication, meditation and interfaith groups. Her leadership experience covers environmental, climate and justice issues having won awards in both technology and equity i.e. American Association for the Advancement of Science, USDA, NAACP, and collegiate Humanities Diversity in Teaching Award; the latter two working with refugee communities in Spokane. She is current co-Chair of the National Extension Climate Initiative Diversity Justice working group. She coordinated STEM education programs with underserved youth at Gonzaga University and Washington State University (tribal leadership programs, after school math). She currently works on the Kalispel Reservation as Tribal and 4-H WSU Extension Coordinator.
