Leslie was born in Tepic, Nayarit, México and raised in Eugene Oregon until middle school. She then moved to Chehalis Washington where she current resides with your husband and dog.  

Leslie started her college career as a first generation at SPSCC, then transfer to UW Tacoma to obtain her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. When the opportunity arose, she graduated with her Masters in Business Administration concentration in Global Leadership at Saint Martins University.   

Leslie works as an Excise Tax Examiner at the Department of Revenue. Her future plans are to open up her own business to assist her community with tax filings. She wants to create a collaborative space where she partners with immigration attorneys to further support and uplift her community. 

In her free time, Leslie enjoys crocheting, going to concerts with her husband, walking her dog and spending time with family.
