EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In her role as Executive Director, Audrey plays a critical role in continuing to build a sustainable and effective organization.
Audrey began her career at the WSLB as a Programs Director, where she honed her skills in program management. Through her dedication and hard work, she eventually transitioned to the role of Director of Operations and Development, where she demonstrated her expertise in organizational management and was later appointed Executive Director in 2023.
Prior to the WSLB, Audrey served as the Office Manager to the Office of former Lt. Governor Cyrus Habib. Prior to her work to the former Lt. Governor, she worked at a medical clinic as the Office Manager for six years before pursuing a new career path.
She has also worked in the State Legislature for two legislative sessions; her first as a Session Legislative Assistant to chief budget writer Representative Timm Ormsby and her second in the Lt. Governor's office. During her time in the Lt. Governor’s office, Audrey filled a significant role in assisting with the program design, logistics, and operations of the Washington Mask Challenge. As a response to the novel Coronavirus, this program included the distribution of over 50,000 handmade face masks to Washington constituents.
Audrey received her Bachelor of Arts from The Evergreen State College and brings an extensive and practical experience mentoring youth from a wide range of cultural and socio-economic levels. In her spare time, Audrey enjoys playing fiddle and taking her dog, Sunny, on new outdoor adventures.
